Hazel's First Dip

 

We enjoyed a trip to Bear Lake this last weekend. Adam and Megan invited us to stay at the Johnson's cabin, and we had a wonderful time. We left Saturday night and went to dinner at one of our favorite old haunts in Logan - Juniper Takeout. I had been craving a turkey steak sandwich for some time now... YUM!

 

Then we met up with everybody at the cabin later that night. We went to church at an Idaho Ward Sunday morning. I was impressed how many people fit inside that little wardhouse!  Sunday was super relaxed. I was able to fit a nap in and read a good portion of my new book  Take the Risk by Ben Carson. I have LOVED this book!

 

On Monday we headed down to the beach and spent the morning and early afternoon at the lake. What a perfect weekend! A huge thanks to my brother-in-law and his wife for the invitation!!
